RATES FOR BED & BREAKFAST UNTIL 3 MAY 2010 AND FROM 28 JULY 2010 UNTIL 31 AUGUST 2010:
 
Double:               R295,- to R395,- per person sharing per night
Single:                R450,- to R550,- per night
Triple on request: R255,- to R285,- per person sharing per night

Above rates depend on season and duration of stay.

STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY (NOT APPLICABLE DURING SOCCER WORLD CUP 2010):
  • 30-15 days = 50%; 14-6 days = 75%; 5-0 days = 100% of the full amount.
  • In the event of premature departure guests are liable for full payment for the period of stay as originally booked and confirmed.
  • Cancellation of any reservation should be in writing.
  • NO-SHOWS will be charged as originally booked.

    RATES FOR BED & BREAKFAST FROM 15 JUNE 2010 UNTIL 27 JUNE 2010

    WITH A MINIMUM STAY OF 3 CONSECUTIVE NIGHTS:


    Double:               R350,- to R395,-per person sharing per night
                              Minimum R2100,- per room for 3 nights/2 persons sharing
    Single:                R550,- per night = R1650,- per room for 3 nights/1 person only
    Triple:                 by prior arrangement only - room with 3 single beds
                              R285,- per person sharing per night
                              R2565,- per room for 3 nights/3 persons sharing

     

    Villa Ticino will be closed from 3 May 2010 until 14 June 2010 and again from 28 June 2010 to 27 July 2010.

    APPLICABLE CANCELLATION POLICY DURING SOCCER WORLD CUP 2010:

    A 50% non-refundable deposit of full cost of stay is required to secure the booking.

    • Cancellations made prior to check in dates will be as follows of the outstanding amount:
    • 30-15 days = 50%; 14-6 days = 75%; 5-0 days = 100%

    Swift and electronic payments made directly into the bank account must be made free of bank charges to Villa Ticino. Swift/bank charges strictly for your own account.

     

    • Check in time: 15h00 to 20h00

    • Check out time: latest 10h00

    • Please understand that the guest rooms have to be vacated latest by 10h00 on day of departure, so that our staff are able    to clean properly and re-arrange the rooms to be ready at 15h00 for new arrivals. Thank you.  

    • Children 12 years and older are welcome.

    • Unfortunately not suitable for disabled people due to stairs and situated on a slope.

    • No pets allowed.

    Villa Ticino will be closed from 3 May 2010 until 14 June 2010 and again from 28 June 2010 to 27 July 2010.

    BOOKING PROCEDURE

    To secure and guarantee a booking we require your credit card (Master or Visa) details. With the communication of your credit card details you authorize us to debit your account only as per outlined cancellation fees above in the event of changing your itinerary. In return we will confirm and honour your reservation.

     

    IMPORTANT NOTICE
